ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project #2021-124 The Webster County Board of Education, Webster Springs, WV will receive bids for HVAC Replacements for Webster County Schools at Webster County High School and Webster Springs Elementary School until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time on 12th day of January 2023, at the office of the Webster County Board of Education, Webster Springs, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for 1:30 on 22nd day of December, 2022, at Webster County High School. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Project Management Website. Login credentials will be sent to plan rooms, all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
