AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that The Chemours Company FC, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification for a chemical manufacturing facility located on 901 W. DuPont Avenue, Belle, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: UTM Northing 451.90 and UTM Easting 4232.60. This modification is to replace an existing tank and there will not be any changes in emissions. The estimated start-up date is spring 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
