NOTICE OF DEMOLITION NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Charleston to each of the following individually listed owners that the subject dwellings located in the City of Charleston have been found to be unsafe, unsanitary, dangerous and r detrimental to the public safety or welfare as defined by W. Va. Code 8-12-16 and the State Building Code: Owner and Property Address 1. Tonya L. Vannetter 904 Greendale Drive, Charleston, WV 25302 2. Charleston Rentals LLC 1302 Beech Ave, Charleston, WV 25320 3. Harold W. Davidson 131 Costello St., Charleston, WV 25320 4. Hellan Hope Burford 1907 Preston St, Charleston, WV 25302 5. Darrell White 602 Garrison Ave, Charleston, WV 25302 6. Dannie Parsons 1520 Chandler Dr, Charleston WV 25387 7. Danielle R. Guillaume 611 Main St, Charleston, WV 25302 8. Diana L Ritenour 320 Wyoming St, Charleston, WV 25302 Pursuant to W. Va. Code 8-12-16, the Charleston Building Department, and r its agents, intend to enter the subject properties on January 17, 2023, or as soon thereafter as is practicable, for the purpose of demolishing the dwellings. Anyone with an ownership interest or legal right to control disposition of the subject properties or dwellings has a right to apply to the circuit court for a temporary injunction or other similar relief restraining demolition before January 17, 2023, 2022, or otherwise state their intent to take corrective action with respect to the subject property, addressed in writing to: Building Commissioner 915 Quarrier Street, Suite 5 Charleston, WV 25301-2607 If there is no response by the owner(s) in the time specified in this Notice, the Building Department shall proceed with demolition of the subject dwelling on January 17, 2023, or as soon thereafter as is practicable.
