AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that US Methanol LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality (DAQ), for a Regulation 13 Permit Class II Administrative Update to R13-3351D in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.387661 and -81.781221. The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 0.69 tons per year (tpy), PM10 of 0.69 tpy, PM2.5 of 0.69 tpy, SO2 of 0.17 tpy, NOx of 5.14 tpy, CO of 23.45 tpy, VOC of 1.73, and Total HAPs of 0.0048 tpy. Startup of operation will be on or about the January 15, 2023.
