REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission is seeking bids from licensed contractors to replace one of our existing boilers with a new high efficiency boiler. A new flue pipe to be installed from the boiler room to the roof of the building. Flue pipe will need to be color matched to the exterior of the courthouse. Bids will also include all parts, material, labor, shipping, controls, insulation, disposal of old boiler, start-up and test for proper operation. Work is to be performed so as not to disrupt the public’s business. Courthouse hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the office of the Logan County Commission located at 325 Stratton Street, Logan, WV 25601. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Logan County Commission office up until 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2023 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
