PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Region 4 Planning and Development Council has decided to file an application with the West Virginia Development Office for Small Cities Community Development Block Grant funds to locate abandoned and dilapidated buildings. The grant application will request $250,000.00 from Small Cities for a total project cost of $250,000.00. The public comment period is from January 17th, 2023 to January 31st, 2023. A public meeting is slated for Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to be held virtually.
