ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS The CITY OF MONTGOMERY is accepting sealed bids for the following demolition work: 907 Fayette Pike Montgomery 906 3rd Avenue Montgomery 1033 4th Avenue Montgomery (pump house only) asbestos testing and abatement should be included in the bid for demolition of 1033 4th. Demolition, cleanup of debris, proper disposal, and leveling and seeding the area should be included in the cost for each address listed. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Demolition Bid” and are due at Montgomery City Hall, 321 4th Avenue, Montgomery, WV 25136 by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
