Issue: A petition to rezone a parcel from R-1 Residential District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, the property is located at 1510 Norway Ave, Cabell County Tax District 05, Map 47, Parcel 141. Owner/ Petitioner: Ken Epperly and Ken Fox, 1510 Norway Ave, Huntington, WV 25705 Issue: A petition to abandon a portion of 24th Street between 4th Ave and 5th Ave. The petitioned abandonment is situated between Cabell County Tax District 05, Map 20, Parcels 43 and 45.
