AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Pursuant to the authority vested by Deed of Trust dated the 7th day of May, 2014, Gregg L. Lowe, aka Gregory L. Lowe, aka Gregg Lowe, Grantor, to P. Andrew Vallandingham and Samuel Vallandingham, Trustees, which said Deed of Trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2529 beginning at page 366, and the undersigned, Daniel T Yon and Ralph J. Hagy, substituted Trustees, by Substitution of Trustees of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County in Trust Deed Book 401 at page 621 having been requested to do so by the Lender, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the provisions of said Deed of Trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Lender and present holder of the note, said substituted Trustees shall sell at public auction on January 9 , 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the front steps of the courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following real estate more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on the revised map of the said City of Huntington, which map was filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, on the 31st day of December, 1903, as LOT NUMBER TWO HUNDRED TWELVE (212), of the Ceramic Subdivision of the said City, a map of which supplemental to Leete’s revised map was filed in said Clerk’s Office on the 10th day of November, 1904. TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of total bid amount cash in hand on day of sale. Remainder due within 30 days from date of Trustee Sale. Payment for unpaid real estate taxes to be assumed by the purchaser. Subject to any and all assessments and taxes against said property, and all prior liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever. The purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of the transfer taxes imposed by Article 2 of Chapter 11 of the West Virginia Code. Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without any notice other than the oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for this sale or by posting of a notice of same.
