The latitude and longitude coordinates are 38.384190, -81.776230. The applicant estimates the total potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds – 7.30 tons per year, and Total Hazardous Air Pollutants – 0 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about March 15, 2023.
