LEGAL NOTICE March 21, 2023 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from St. Francis Hospital and THS Physician Partners, Inc., Charleston, Kanawha County, CON File #23-3-12654-P, for the development of an ambulatory health care facility in Putnam County, WV, through the acquisition of the assets of a physician office and the employment or contracting of the physician and staff. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $88,000.
