Notice for Request for Bid The City of Madison, Boone County, West Virginia, will accept sealed bids for storm drain installation of approximately 1,200 feet more or less, and seven storm drain catch basins. The work will be in the area of 3rd Street, West, and 6th Ave., West in West Madison close to Scott High School and its baseball complex. The City will supply materials for the project. Contractors only need to bid on equipment and labor costs. This project may have add-ons as to the unknown conditions until we dig the old pipe up. Contractors should contact the City Manager at the Madison City Hall at (304) 369-2762 for further details of the project. The contractor needs to be licensed contractors in West Virginia, insured and bonded. The sealed bids will be accepted until July 14, 2023, at 4 pm. Submissions need to be addressed to the City of Madison, West Madison Project, 255 Washington Ave., Madison, WV 25130. The City of Madison reserves the right to refuse and or reject all bids.
