The following cases will be heard: 23-01 The application of Chris Cartwright requesting a variance form Section 1327.01 (f)(1)(c) Table of the Zoning Code for the City of St. Albans in order to build two principal structure cannot be located on one parcel. 50ft x 120ft at 2214 Curtis Avenue, St. Albans, Kanawha County, WV The property is further identified as LT 27 PT LT 26 MT VERNON PARK and is located in an R-1 district. 23-02 The application of Sean Brady requesting a variance form Section 1333.03 Table of the Zoning Code for the City of St. Albans in order to build a metal building that is 15x21x10 equals to 315 Sq. Ft. at 2202 Monroe Avenue. Current zoning code, accessory structures are only allowed in the rear yard. The applications’ property is a corner lot, two front yards and two side yards, no back yard. The property is further identified as LT 13 LOVE ADN; MONROE AVENUE 2202 and is located in a R-2 district. Interested persons are invited to attend and voice their opinions with respect thereto.
