JOE L MEADOWS AND ALL UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS 33 RING HOLLOW RD HERNSHAW, WV 25107 Defendant The object of the above entitled action is TO HAVE JOE L MEADOWS AND ALL OCCUPANTS REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 33 RING HOLLOW RD, HERNSHAW, WV 25107 GIVING THE PLAINTIFF POSSESSION OF SAID PROPERTY And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that EVEN AFTER USING DUE DILIGENCE, THE PLAINTIFF WAS UNABLE TO DISCOVER THE RESIDENCE OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE DEFENDANT. THE DEFENDANTS WERE NOT SERVED BY THE KANAWHA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE AFTER ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TO DO SO. It is ordered that JOE L MEADOWS AND OCCUPANTS do serve upon KANAWHA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT, magistrate, whose address is 111 Court St., Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days from service date, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against JOE L MEADOWS AND OCCUPANTS at any time thereafter.
