SEEKING SEALED PROPOSALS The City of Dunbar seeks assistance with program eligibility and administrative activities related to the United States (U.S.) Treasury’s Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). Interested firms must be proficient in compliance measures required for authorized uses of SLRF funds, as delineated in the U.S. Treasury’s final rule, regulations regarding standards for using federal funds, and any relevant pass-through non-entitlement-unit requirements from the State of West Virginia. Unit cost (hourly rate) proposals are required with a reasonably projected estimate of total costs for not only the remaining period of performance for the grant but also for post-project grant closeout activities. The City of Dunbar reserves the right to reject any and all offers, and specifically, lump sum cost estimates will be disqualified. Selected vendor will be required to work directly with City personnel, assist in reviewing by-project scope of work eligibility, and provide pertinent information for reporting purposes to city leadership, and state and federal regulators. Sealed proposals, with relevant qualifications and contact information, must be in hand with the Dunbar City Clerk at 210 12th Street, Dunbar, WV 25064 no later than 12:00 pm August 18th, 2023. Bids will be opened at 3:00 pm August 18th, 2023 in Dunbar City Hall council chambers for review and discussion for eventual determination of the selected provider at the convenience of the City.
