NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE OF 101 MAIN AVE, NITRO WV 25143 Public Notice is hereby given that Barbara McClanahan, trustee of the Nitro United Baptist Church of Nitro, West Virginia successor to Nitro United Baptist Mission of Nitro, West Virginia intends to convey the following described property to John Workman, David Thomas, Art Osborne, Bobby Carter, trustees of Nitro Church of the Nazarene, Nitro, West Virginia, on or after August 25, 2023, without consideration. All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Nitro, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being all of Lots Nos. One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) Block “A”, as the same is shown and designated upon a map entitled, “Northside Development Co. Property Helena Tract East Crawford City Subdivision”, made by J. D. Moore, Civil Engineer, and which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Map Book 3 at page 54. And Lots 1 through 4 being the same real estate conveyed unto Billie R. McClanahan, Trustee of the Nitro United Baptist Church of Nitro, West Virginia from James A. Skeens, as Trustee of the Nitro United Baptist Church of Nitro, West Virginia, dated April 21, 2013, and duly of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2846, at page 989, reference to said map and deed being made herein for all pertinent purposes. And Lot 5 the same real estate conveyed unto Carl A. Leadmon, William Cleveland, Berthel Fore, Rex Blare and William Moses, Trustees of the Nitro United Baptist (erroneously spelled “Babtist”) Mission of Nitro, West Virginia from Julia Cummings, widow of Opie Cummings, deceased, Opal C. Tuemler, divorces, Robert F. Cummings and Sharon S. Cummings, and David L. Cummins and Margie L. Cummings by Deed dated September 24, 1968, and duly of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1540, at page 501, reference to said map and deed being made herein for all pertinent purposes. And Lot 6 the same real estate conveyed unto Carl A. Leadmon, Clarence King, Fred Phillips, Clyde Hypes and Dallas Lamber, Trustees of the Nitro United Baptist Mission of Nitro, West Virginia from Julia Cummings, widow of Opie Cummings, deceased, Opal C. Tuemler, divorces, Robert F. Cummings and Sharon S. Cummings, and David L. Cummins and Margie L. Cummings by Deed dated September 24, 1968, and duly of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 1540, at page 501, reference to said map and deed being made herein for all pertinent purposes.
