ADVERTISEMENT FOR REVISED BID DATE Restore Riverview Project Clendenin, WV NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 25045 – A New Clendenin, Inc. will accept sealed bids for the Restore Riverview Project at 107 Koontz Avenue, Clendenin, West Virginia as shown in the contract drawings and specifications. This project is being funded either partially or in whole, through the WV Department of Economic Development funded by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recover (CDBG-DR) funds Housing Rental Units on the 3rd floor must be complete and available for rent by December 15, 2023. The project must be totally complete by May 31, 2024. The mandatory prebid meeting was held on Friday, July 28th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. All general contractors interested in bidding the project were in attendance. The bid date for the project has been extended from Tuesday, August 15th to Tuesday, August 29th. Hand-delivered, sealed bids will be received by 25045 A New Clendenin, Inc. at the project site, 107 Koontz Avenue, Clendenin, WV 25045 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023. Bids received after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened.
