(The object of this suit is to obtain a judgment for damage resulting from a wrongful death and other related relief) To the Above Named Petition The Plaintiff in the above styled civil action 20-C-298 (Consolidated into 20-C-243), seeks Court approval and apportionment of a proposed settlement by the Estate of Korbyn Allen Rayshawn Leonard, for the wrongful deaths of the Plaintiffs decedent on April 20, 2020. It appearing that publication may be necessary for persons who are heirs of said Estate or whose whereabouts are unknown. It is therefore ORDERED that any unknown heirs do appear at a Hearing on the 30th day of August, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. before this Honorable Court, Judge Gregory L. Howard, Jr., presiding, Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, with proof of heirship, otherwise the interests of any unknown heirs may be forever waived.
