ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project #2023-025 The Monroe County Board of Education, Union, WV will receive bids for Partial HVAC Replacement to James Monroe High School & Monroe County Technical Center until 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time on October 4, 2023, at the office of the Monroe County Board of Education, Union, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for September 18, 2023, 4:00 p.m., at James Monroe High School, 142 James Monroe Dr., Lindside, WV. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s electronic distribution system. Login credentials will be sent to all prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request is made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architects electronic distribution system to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
