The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston, WVA Municipal Utility SECTION I INVITATION FOR BIDS -for- 54″ TIDEFLEX TF-1 FLAT BOTTOM SLIP-ON DUCKBILL CHECK VALVE September 2023 The Sanitary Board of the City of Charleston, West Virginia (CSB) will receive sealed Bids for 54″ Tideflex TF-1 Flat Bottom Slip-On Duckbill Check Valve, a material only Bid, at the CSB office located at 208 26th Street W, Charleston, WV 25387, until 10:00 a.m., E.S.T.,on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. The Bidding will then be closed, and the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bidders are invited to attend. The CSB will consider incomplete any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions herein outlined and may reject any or all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn by the Bidder prior to the scheduled time for the opening of Bidsor authorized postponement thereof provided the Bidder’s written request for withdrawal is delivered to the CSB before the Bidsare opened. Any Bid received after the time and date specified will not be opened. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid after the actual Bid opening thereof. A Bid that has been withdrawn will be returned to the Bidder unopened as soon as reasonably possible after the opening of the other Bids. No conditional Bids will be accepted.
