REQUEST FOR BIDS The Logan County Commission is seeking sealed bids for the demolition of private dwellings and commercial structures In Logan County. Said structures are being processed by the Logan County Commission through the Logan County DEP Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program funded by the Department of Environmental Protection. There are two (2) separate projects that require two (2) separate bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 2023, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. (EST) In the offices of the Logan County Commission, 325 Stratton Street, 1st Floor, Logan, WV 25601. Bids will be accepted at the County Commission office until 2:00 o’clock p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, 27th day of September, 2023, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. If a bid Is awarded, work will begin Immediately and continue until the current Reclamation of Abandoned and Dilapidated Property Program Is complete. The Logan County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
