Woelfel, Plaintiffs, vs. All unknown heirs at law, devisees, successors or assigns of Sidney N. Goldstein, Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is for Plaintiff to obtain, by Adverse Possession, free and clear of any right, title, or interest of the Defendants, land known as 319 9th Street, Huntington, Cabell County, WV, and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL ONE: All that piece or parcel of land lying and being on the west side of Ninth Street, between Third and Fourth Avenues, in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and being a part of lots numbers Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) of block number 94 in said City, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of Ninth Street, from which point the South east corner of Block 94 of the City of Huntington bears south 14 east 112 feet; thence north 14 west 26 feet to a point 22′ from the south side of the alley between Third and Fourth Avenues; thence parallel with the alley and distance therefrom 22, south 76 west 60 feet to the east line of lot number Seventeen (17), in said block; thence south 14 east 26 feet to a point; thence north 76 east 60 feet to the beginning, and being 26 feet front by 60 deep. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Plaintiffs, herein, have used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants, without success, it is ORDERED, that Defendants, above named, serve upon Bruce A. Toney, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P.O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the 21st day of October, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
