INVITATION FOR BIDS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for all materials and labor to rewire service entrances, install a whole-building automatic transfer switch (ATS) and install a NFPA 110 remote annunciator inside the 911 mergency Operations Center in regards to permanently installing an emergency generator. The other requirements of this project are as follows: Rework the existing non-code compliant 200A feed to the new addition. Reconfigure portable generator for 1201/440 single phase. Install new 400Amp ATS outside by meter socket. Route 400A power from existing service disconnect to new ATS. Rewire generator to produce 1201/440 single phase. Route 400A power from a connection pedestal by where the generator will be parked to the new ATS. Generator power line to be placed underground. Install new power circuit to feed generator block heater and battery charger. Install new control wires from generator to ATS. Provide all labor and materials to connect generator and ATS. Install new 200A protection on line feeding new addition and place existing feed underground. Startup new ATS and training on operation. Include power company coordination.
