ORDER OF PUBLICATIONS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO.:19-C-1257 JUDGE: WEBSTER TEAYS RIVER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a West Virginia corporation, Plaintiff v. DOUGLAS J. DAVIDSON, ROBERT OWEN SHEW, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LENORE A. SHEW, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHIRLEY DAVID COLE, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF C.R. DAVIDSON and ANNA DAVIDSON, Defendants. The object of the above entitled action is to order a partition of certain real property located in Kanawha County, West Virginia, or, if partition in kind cannot be conveniently made, to appoint a Special Commissioner to conduct a sale of said real property and make a distribution of the proceeds from the sale among the parties. It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that there are or may be persons other than those named in the Complaint interested in the subject matter of the action, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and who are made defendants by the general description of “Unknown Heirs of C.R. Davidson and Anna Davidson,” it is ordered that the Unknown Heirs of C.R. Davidson and Anna Davidson serve upon Debra C. Price, Esq., whose address is 116 Prosperity Place, Cross Lanes, West Virginia 25313, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint for Partition by Sale filed in this action on or before February 20th, 2020. Otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of Office.
