NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID The CMI2 invites proposals to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment supplies and transportation for the new Adaptive Experimentation Force (AEF) – Water Well Development. The project scope includes development of a water well for potable water supply. Sealed bids will be received by CMI2 until 2:00 PM on Monday, October 30, 2023. The bids will be opened privately at the discretion of the Owner. Plans and specifications will be available electronically via Dropbox. A Prebid Meeting is scheduled for: Time: 10:00 AM Date: Thursday, October 12, 2023 Place: Meet at Main Gate: 2112 Leatherwood Road, Bickmore WV 25019 ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE GENERAL CONTRACTORS; optional for interested subbidders and material suppliers. All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. After the review of the documents, written questions will only be addressed by addendum. The written questions must be submitted via email to Rick Colebank at [email protected] no later than 5:00pm on October 19, 2023 with response back to the contractors no later than 5:00pm on October 23, 2023. Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he he has a contractor’s license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State of West Virginia and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
