ORDER OF PUBLICATION This action seeks to declare 2746 Washington Boulevard, Huntington, West Virginia 25705, a parcel of real property containing certain improvements located in the Huntington-Gideon Corporation District of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, as a public nuisance. It is identified in the records of Cabell County, West Virginia as “All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map entitled “Revised Map showing property of Domar Building and Development Corporation, Beverly Hills, made by Breece and Carper, Engineers, recorded in Map Book No. 4 as Map 2A, 2B, and 2C as Lots Nos. ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE (183) and ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (184), and ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE (185)”. There may be persons, other than those named in the Complaint as defendants, with an interest in the Subject Property of the action, whose names may be unknown to Plaintiffs but may be properly defendants in this matter as having an interest in 2746 Washington Boulevard, Huntington, West Virginia 25705, and therefore Plaintiff must serve said defendants by publication, it is hereby ORDERED that any and all parties who claim an interest in the Subject Property must appear and serve upon Plaintiffs’ counsel, Robert H. Sweeney, Jr., Esq., of the law firm of Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC, whose address is 325 Eighth Street, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this ction by November 17, 2023, which is not fewer than 30 days after the date of the first publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be rendered against them at any time thereafter.
