AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Kitchen Family Funeral Services, Inc., Furever Friends Pet Cremation Services has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a construction Permit for an Animal Crematory for Furever Friends Pet Cremation Services, located at 6353 E Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, West Virginia, Cabell County. This is considered a minor source of air pollution. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: CO 0.19 TPY, PM 0.79 TPY, NOx 0.49 TPY, SO2 0.41 TPY and TOC 0.11 TPY. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of January, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
