AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a permit modification, for a medical facility located at 3200 MacCorkle Ave. SE, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 38.32844 and -81.60500.
