ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: The Plaintiffs filed a Petition to Quiet Title which initiated the above-styled action. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Kanawha Circuit Clerk located at the Kanawha County Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street in Charleston, West Virginia. The object of this action is to quiet title to that certain property located in the St. Albans District of Kanawha County, West Virginia. The property consists of and is taxed as “LTS 23-24-25 BK K HIGHLAWN AND WASHINGTON AVE 2718”, Map arcel 9 070 0000 0000, and more particularly described in the Deed dated April 10, 1957, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia. Pursuant to an Affidavit filed by Plaintiffs’ counsel, there are or may be persons, other than those named in the Complaint filed in the above-styled case, interested in the subject matter of this action, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and who are made Defendants by the general description of UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BONNIE CRAWFORD HARRIS and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JAMES J. BALL. Therefore, it is ORDERED that each unknown Defendant must appear and defend by January 20, 2024, by serving an answer or other defense to the Petition upon the Plaintiffs’ attorney, Lisa M.
