REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES – ABRIDGED The West Virginia Food and Farm Coalition and Keep Your Faith Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit Statements of Qualifications for Construction Management Services to renovate an existing commercial structure located at 739 Central Avenue on Charleston’s West Side into Miss Ruby’s Grocery Store according to the Unabridged Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services dated January 8, 2024 which can be accessed by the following method: 1. Contract Bidders may contact ZMM, Inc. Architects and Engineers Attn: Receptionist; [email protected] and request information to access the firm’s online ShareFile site for the Unabridged Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services for the 739 Central Avenue project. Once access is gained, Bidders can download information in the form of PDF files at no charge. Requests for access to documents must be made by email, and those requests received through mail, telephone, fax transmission, or other online communications will not receive a response. The Unabridged Request for Qualifications noted above will provide complete information regarding the project including the following: 1. Project Summary and Description. 2. Project Delivery Method. 3. Interviews and selection Criteria. 4. Submission Format. 5. Form of Contract. 6. Project Schedule. 7. Project Budget. 8. Instructions for Submission. 9. Documents to be provided. 10. Federal Funding Requirements. Questions regarding interpretation of the content of the RFQ must submitted no later than February 14, 2024. Submissions must be received no later than 2:30 p.m. on February 21, 2024. Each Contractor must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for his Bid to be considered. Each Bidder’s registration certificate number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. All Contractors are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder’s Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in selection, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 30 days after opening submissions.
