BEFORE THE COUNTY COMMISSION OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: PETITION OF BROOKAIGE DALE PROPERITES, LLC, A WEST VIRGINIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR THE CLOSING AND VACATING OF A PORTION OF AN UNUSED ROADWAY LOCALLY KNOWN AS JOHNS CREEK ROAD, BARBOURSVILLE DISTRICT, CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINA Notice is hereby given that the above stated Petition shall be brought before the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia at its meeting on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 10 o’clock AM at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV, Suite 300 at which time and place any interested parties may appear and protect their interests if they so desire. The roadway to be abandoned is described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia and being a roadway adjoining Lot No. 79 on the Map of Farmdale, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 141, at page 123, and, adjoining Lot A as shown on the Map entitled division of Part of Land Shown on Map of Farmdale recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Map Book 8, as Map 3, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Lot A and in the South line of Pea Ridge Road; thence, leaving Lot A and with Pea Ridge Road N. 70DEGREES 25′ W. 40 feet to a point in the easterly line of Lot 79; thence, with the easterly line of Lot 79 S. 30DEGREES 02′ W. to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 79; thence, leaving Lot 79 S. 70DEGREES 25′ E. 40 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot A; thence, with the westerly line of Lot A N. 30DEGREES 02′ E. 203.21 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
