University Fire Station Building for Sale The City of Huntington is inviting prospective bidders to submit bids for the Sale of Real Estate known as the University Fire Station and associated property located at 534-534 Rear Twentieth Street, Cabell County, Huntington, West Virginia. The property is identified on tax map 19 and parcel 413.1 in the Gideon magisterial district. The size of parcel 413.1 is reported to be 40′ X 150′ or 6,000 square feet (0.1377 + acres). This property is a city fire station and is considered a “special purpose property.” The land is improved with a two story, 54 + year old, three bay city fire station.
