ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: The Plaintiff filed an Amended Petition to Quiet Title to Real Property in the above-styled action. A copy of the Amended Petition may be obtained from the Kanawha Circuit Clerk located at the Kanawha County Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street in Charleston, West Virginia. The object of this action is to quiet title to that certain property located in the Jefferson District of Kanawha County, West Virginia. The property consists of and is taxed as “331/800A J S BRYAN LAND LOWER FALLS” and more particularly described in the Deed dated March 4, 2021, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia. Pursuant to an Affidavit filed by Plaintiff’s counsel, the whereabouts of the Defendant are unknown. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Defendant must appear and defend within thirty (30) days by serving an answer or other defense to the Amended Petition upon the Plaintiff’s attorney, Lisa M. Moye, whose address is P.O. Box 535, Winfield, West Virginia 25213. Otherwise, judgment by default will be rendered against the Defendant at any time thereafter. CATHY S.
