CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on a proposed lease of approximately 30.5 acres and associated access and utility easements at Kanawha County parcel identification number 19 9000100010000 adjacent to the City Landfill, to Waste Management of West Virginia, Inc., to allow for the construction and operation of a waste storage facility for transfer of both waste and recyclables and all ancillary use thereto. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed easement.
