ORDER OF PUBLICATION IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, Notice is hereby given that the above entitled action is a Civil Complaint filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Kanawha County, West Virginia, by Ben Salango, attorney on behalf of Chrische’ Walker, which action is to recover for bodily injuries sustained by the Plaintiff, Chrische’ Walker, as a result of an automobile collision which occurred on or about October 8, 2022, in Dunbar, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of Kristopher M. Schoenlein is unknown, however, that the Defendant is believed to be residing in Kanawha County or Cabell County, West Virginia. It is ORDERED that Kristopher M. Schoenlein serve upon Ben Salango with the law office of Salango Law, PLLC, located at 206 Capitol Street, Charleston, WV 25331 on or before March 11, 2024, which is not fewer than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, an answer including any related defenses you may have to the Complaint filed in the above styled civil action, a copy of which Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located at 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia. If Kristopher M. Schoenlein fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken thereafter for the relief demanded in the Complaint and the Defendant Kristopher M. Schoenlein will be barred from asserting any defenses or counter-claims in the above styled action. This notice is published in conformity with the provisions of West Virginia Code.
