REQUESTING SEALED BIDS Glass Smash Sand Cooperative Association Inc. is requesting sealed bids for a new Glass Pulverizer creener with Infeed Conveyor and Misting System (such as the Andela MegaMini, OR EQUIVALENT). The unit must accept all types of glass, no pre-cleaning required, process 1,500-2,000 pounds of glass per our, produce both glass sand and aggregate. The unit must separate caps, labels, and corks. The unit must be capable of processing all types of glass so approximately 95% of the glass is less than 71/86″ in size on the first pass. The unit must include a misting system for dust suppression.
