Legal Ad Notice to Bid Mingo County Schools will receive sealed bids for the replacement of cafeteria tables at multiple school locations throughout the county. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 am February 27th, 2024, and opened publicly. The sealed bids shall be mailed, or hand delivered to Mingo County Schools Child Nutrition Department to the attention of Director Kay Maynard. The sealed envelope shall be marked “Cafeteria Table Bid”. All bidders must be registered with the West Virginia State Tax Office and the West Virginia Secretary of State, as well as maintain applicable insurance.
