ORDER OF PUBLICATION Plaintiff seeks to obtain free and clear of any right, title, and interest of the Defendants, to that certain piece and parcel of land situate in Cabell County, West Virginia, which is more fully and particularly described as follows: PARCEL I All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, as shown on a recorded map (revised) of W.W. Smith Addition, Map Book 2, Map 251, as LOT NUMBER 23 and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of Jarrell Street at the comer between Lots 22 and 23; thence with the South line of Jarrell Street, N. 67 degrees 40′ E. 40.00 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lots 23 and 24, S. 21 degrees 33′ E. 140.70 feet to a point in the North line of 12 foot alley; thence with the North line of said alley, S. 63 degrees 30′ W. 40.20 feet to a point; thence with the line between Lots 22 and 23, No. 21 degrees 33′ W. 143.60 feet to the place of BEGINNING. PARCEL II All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of the W.W. Smith Addition, on Robey Road, made by S.V. Haworth, Engineer, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on the 3rd day of December, 1923, in Map Book No. 2, Map No. 251, as Lot Number Twenty-Two (22). It appearing by an affidavit of record in this civil action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the Defendants, without success, it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants named hereinabove serve upon William G. Jones, Plaintifrs attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P. 0. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint initiating this civil action on or before the 18th day of March 2024, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
