Bid Notice The Mason County Commission will be accepting bids for a new replacement roof top unit with gas piping for the Mason County Family Court offices of the Mason County Courthouse.Bids will be accepted until March 6th, 2024, at 4pm. Bids can be hand delivered or mailed to the Mason County Commission office at 200 Sixth Street, Suite 2 Point Pleasant, WV 25550. Provide RTU economizer and barometric damper for free cooling and building pressure. Provide crane service to remove existing unit and install (1) new RTU with curb adapter. Recover refrigerant from existing RTU and dispose of RTU efrigerant. Install 2″ gas piping and piping hangers from ground (meter) to upper roof to new RTU. Install (1) future gas piping tee with valve on upper roof. (Future use) Reuse existing electrical. Start-up to unit and check operation. Shipping to site. Time frame to complete project.
