REQUEST FOR BIDS Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, Chief Logan Recreational Center, Inc. is seeking bids for three (3) projects: 1) Cut ill subgrade and install drainage for two ballfields; 2) Form and pour concrete curb on the perimeter of the fields; 3) Install 4″ of base stone to grade and 2″ finishing stone to final grade within the perimeter of both fields. Each project will be bid separately. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting for each project on March 1, 2024. Project “1”: 10:00 o’clock; Project “2”: 11:00 o’clock; Project “3”: 12:00 o’clock. Location of pre-bid meeting will be at Chief Logan Recreational Center at 505 Conference Center Drive, Chapmanville, WV 25508. Bids will be due Friday March 8, 2024.
