NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned J. Patrick Jones, Substitute Trustee by Notice of Substitution of Trustee which notice is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, and by Deed of Trust dated November 9, 2015, executed by William D. Toney to P. Andrew Vallandingham and Samuel Vallandingham , Trustees, which deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2597 at Page 472, the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been requested, in writing, by the beneficiary of said deed of trust to sell the real estate described below, as there has been a default under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust. Therefore, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell the real estate described in the Deed of Trust, at a public auction on March 27, 2024 at 10 a.m. to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of said County of Cabell, in Huntington, West Virginia, which real estate is more completely described as follows: All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of ground situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and designated on a map of Sullivan Addition to the City of Huntington, a copy of which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book 3, at page 38 as Lot Numbers Forty-Six (46) and Forty-Seven (47); together with all right title and interest in and to a 10 foot strip of land lying immediately north of Lots No. 46 and 47 as shown on the map of Sullivan Addition, being 50.21 feet adjoining Lot No. 46 and 41.5 feet adjoining Lot No. 47 and subject, however, to a 5 foot easement as shown on a map of Carrington Court recorded in Map Book 4, at page 16. TERMS OF SALE 1. Cash in hand paid on the day of sale. 2.
