NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by deed of trust dated the 30th day of April, 2013, signed by Lindsay R. Adkins, an unmarried woman, to Dru A.
