Notice is hereby given to all creditors or others with claims against the Corporation pursuant to Section 31E-13-1307 of the West Virginia Nonprofit Corporation Act that claims must be sent to: 1700 Farnam St., Omaha, NE 68102, ATTN: Robby Molony, and must document the basis for the claim and attach documentation in the possession of the claimant substantiating the claim. Any claim must contain sufficient information for the determination of whether it is a valid claim.
