Notice is hereby given to any family members and r interested persons of Martin Moore that if said person objects to the granting of said Petition he or she may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, West Virginia 25570 on FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable Jason Fry, Circuit Court Judge of Wayne County, West Virginia.
