REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL For Solar Collaborative City Initiative for City of Nitro, WV: The City of Nitro, WV invites proposals from qualified firms to design, implement, and manage a Solar Collaborative City Initiative. The initiative aims to promote renewable energy adoption, reduce carbon footprint, and enhance sustainability within the city limits of Nitro, WV.
