WAYNE COUNTY COMMISSION INVITES BIDS FOR WAYNE COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX RE-ROOF The Wayne County Commission will accept sealed bids for a roof replacement and limited interior finish repairs for the Wayne County Courthouse Annex Building until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at the Wayne County Commission Chambers, Room 103 at 700 Hendricks Street, Wayne, WV 25570, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids submitted by United States Postal Service must be mailed to: Wayne County Commission, P.O. Box 248, Wayne, WV 25570. If bids are submitted by postal or other delivery services, they must arrive prior to the time stated above. Bid forms and Contract Documents for this project are available C&B Blueprint, located at 824 6th Street, Huntington, WV 25701, free of charge upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash, in the amount of $100.00 for one set, partial sets will not be made available. All Prime Bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on April 4, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. local standard time at the Wayne County Commission Chambers, Room 103, 700 Hendrick Street, Wayne, WV 25570. Attendance is mandatory and bids from Prime Bidders who fail to attend will be disqualified. The Wayne County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
