AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Okuno International, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification permit for a hydraulic cylinder machining and assembly plant located on Rt 52 Prichard Industrial Park, in Prichard, in Wayne County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.241304, -82.604842. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds 72 TPY Particulate Matter 2 TPY Particulate Matter 10 Micron 1 TPY Methyl isobutyl ketone 2.8 TPY Ethylbenzene 0.5 TPY Xylene 1.20 TPY Toluene 0.05 TPY Cumene 0.40 TPY Total HAPs 4.95 TPY The above emissions represent facility-wide emissions. Okuno is already permitted to emit up to 59 TPY of VOCs. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1 day of July, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
