INVITATION FOR BIDS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) 2000 Ford F-150 diesel truck – single-cab, 4 X 4 chasis with a Haul All BP garbage system. Mileage on said vehicle should be 50,000 miles or less. Bids will be accepted by U.S. Mail or hand delivery to: Nathan Brown, president, Mingo County Commission, c Leigh Ann Ray, 78 East 2nd Ave., Williamson, WV 25661 no later than 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024 and will be opened and read aloud in a public meeting beginning at 4 p.m. the same day. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BIDDER – GARBAGE VACUUM TRUCK”. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities on the proposal process. No bidder may withdraw his er bid within 30 days of the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must be licensed to do business in West Virginia and will enter into a contract agreeable to the Mingo County Commission.
