NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS c ENGINEERS Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Doddridge County Board of Education (DCBOE) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified architectural ngineering firms to provide professional services for architectural ngineering design and construction administration services for a term of one year, with the possibility of renewal for two subsequent terms of one year. All services shall be performed in accordance with applicable requirements of the West Virginia Department of Education (Policy 6200). Qualified architectural ngineering firms are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to the attention of Mr. Adam Cheeseman, Superintendent of Doddridge County Schools, including a statement of qualifications detailing the firm’s qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and prior experience no later than 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time on April 17, 2024 at the administrative offices of Doddridge County Schools, 268 Bulldog Drive, West Union, WV 26456. A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and will conduct discussions with at least three of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference, negotiate a contract, and submit to the Doddridge County Board of Education for approval. The DCBOE reserves the right to reject any or all of the Expressions of Interest actually received, and to award a contract for the requested services in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interests of Doddridge County Schools and in accordance with the intent of West Virginia Code 5G-1-3.
