TO: COREY YOUNG The purpose of the above action is to determine guardianship of the child, Z.M. born December 15, 2019, to Rogetta Mayle. The petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking permanent legal and physical custody of the said infant children. It is ORDERED that Corey Young, father of the aforementioned child, appear in the Doddridge County Circuit Court, 2nd Floor, Doddridge County Courthouse, West Union, West Virginia, on the 18th day of February, 2020 at 11:15 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, for the preliminary/adjudicatory hearing of Corey Young.
